Elevate Your Success: Unlocking Success in High-Profile Individuals

Imagine being at the top of your game, with all eyes on you, yet feeling a sense of uncertainty or a lack of direction.

Many high-profile individuals experience this struggle but fail to recognize the need for external support. Without taking action, the consequences can be significant. Opportunities to optimise their platform may slip through their fingers, opportunities to level up their communication skills may be missed, and worst of all, internal roadblocks will remain hindering their future success and quite possibly ruining valued relationships.

So, what’s the solution? As a practical and results-driven coach, my approach centers around setting concrete goals. When clients approach me, seeking guidance and direction, I ask them to identify three smart goals. These goals must be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant to their bigger objectives, and time-bound. By committing to these goals, we lay the foundation for their journey towards success.

Once the goals are established, I develop a tailored coaching program spanning ten intense weeks. Yes, it might seem aggressive, but the high-profile individuals I work with are driven and eager to make things happen, NOW. The systematic approach I employ ensures progress and critical personal growth within this relatively short time frame.

The beauty lies in the flexibility it offers, while the process is structured, the goals are unique to each individual.

In coaching there is always an intimate, personal, and human moment that needs to happen. In practice that might look like working with the CEO of BMW, for example, who has to make a big announcement but for a number of reasons, has major stage fright.

This scenario is actually more common than you might imagine. In this first stage I need to start becoming familiar with his life. CEO is just his position, but the human that is him is what causes stage fright.

  • How does he currently deal with stage fright?
  • How does he deal with other sources of anxiety in his life?
  • What are the things that don’t stress him out?
  • What are the things that calm him?

These are questions that have nothing to do with the title, CEO, but they have everything to do with who he is as a personal being.

Asking good questions and being a really good listener are essential skills that successfully guide us through this first stage in our working relationship. Helping him discover deeply hidden insights that will unlock the next level of his transformation is key. When we can accomplish this transformation we can then start connecting his stage fright to how it might relate to his title, and the company he leads.

When we reach our first milestone, we may discover that music is his antidote. We can follow up by finding out when in the day he listens to his favorite artist or genre of music. Maybe it’s at the start of the day, the moments before he hits the stage, or even while on stage, made possible with an in-ear where we can plug in some music. We then must answer, when does he need this as his antidote? Practical questions can clarify the relevant solutions, at his disposal, that are the easiest for him to employ.

If we can unlock a solution to his stage fright I can then show the connection between his role as CEO and the importance of also working on public speaking skills, body language, facial expressions, and storytelling. We can turn this journey into its own 10-week deep dive. Right now I can fix the problem of stage fright that he’s called me to address, but there are areas associated with his title that are also worth investing in and building.

Coaching clients with pedigree and fame requires a deep understanding of their unique challenges and the dynamics of their industries. It goes far beyond implementing cookie-cutter strategies. It demands a personalised approach that considers their specific aspirations and circumstances. This is where my expertise shines as I combine my experience and knowledge with the intricacies of their world.

Together, we unravel their hidden potential leading them to new levels of success.

High profile clients

Artists, on the other hand, are intrigued by my ability to help them turn their personal brand into viable streams of income. Most artists have somewhat mastered being seen but they don’t know how to monetize that attention. It’s one thing to have 3,000 followers and it’s another thing to have an audience that will pay you for your products and services.

Working with artists I like to focus on having conversations around the business side of their art form. Developing a business mindset and creating systems and processes so they begin to think like a business person becomes a high priority. Artist brains and business brains are often very different. So my coaching series takes the form of mindset training along with learning the tools required to be a CEO.

For athletes sometimes I am meeting them at the end of their career so they are thinking about how to leverage their platform through investments, speaking engagements, and philanthropy. If I meet them at the start of their career then we usually put our focus around the areas of stress management, dealing with pressure, and negotiating contracts.

The case studies I work with are so diverse and to be honest, that’s why I keep it that way. I love it. It stretches me as much as it stretches them. Every situation is so individualised I never go into copy-paste mode where I might do the exact same 10 week program with someone else.
The process is the same, but the case studies are wide.

Conclusion

Coaching clients with pedigree and fame is not a task for the faint-hearted. It requires a coach who possesses exceptional insight, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing demands of very specific industries. With my guidance, high-profile individuals can transform their lives, reconcile their internal struggles, and embark on a journey that will result in unparalleled achievements.

By following a systematic approach of goal-setting and intense coaching, these individuals can overcome obstacles and unlock a new level to their success beyond their wildest imaginations.

If you are a high-profile athlete, CEO, or musician searching for that missing piece of the puzzle, coaching could be the key to revealing your true potential. You don’t have to settle for a plateau that impresses others when in your heart of hearts you know you were meant for so much more. Embrace the power of coaching, and witness how the transformation within yourself can have a personal and global impact.
